Education Required
- Medical & Healthcare Posts: MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, Nursing, or Master’s in Healthcare Management (as per role).
- Finance & Accounts: MBA (Finance/Accounting), B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, CA from a recognized institute.
- Law & Legal Affairs: LLB / LLM with relevant bar registration.
- Engineering & Technical: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field. DAE in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical for technical posts.
- IT & Digital Roles: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
- Management & Administration: Master’s in Management, Public Administration, Economics, HR, or related fields.
- Other Specialized Posts: Relevant professional degree as per job requirements mentioned by PHC.
Experience Required
- Senior Management Positions: 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Mid-Level Positions: 4–7 years of professional experience.
- Junior / Technical Positions: 2–3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Note: Preference will be given to candidates with prior public sector or healthcare regulatory experience.
Age Limit
- Age requirements depend on each position and must be strictly followed.
